Refund Policy

Products on FateKnocks.com are unique and produced to order.  As such, they are non-refundable. If an item is lost, arrives damaged, or a customer received a different item than what was ordered, FateKnocks.com will offer a replacement, and the customer has 30 days from the time an item is delivered to contact us and request a replacement.  The customer will need to contact FateKnocks.com and provide an explanation and evidence (e.g. photos), and a determination will be made at that time if an item is eligible for replacement, and if so, there will be no cost to the customer.  If there are any issues with a subsequent replacement item, then a refund will be offered.  Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to a third-party provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, FateKnocks.com is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Please make sure all of your information is correct before finalizing any order.
